(1) Choose a program category

 

Once you have entered the Program Registration area you will see:

 

  • You can choose to view available programs during a specific time period (month and year) just select the program dates from the drop.  You may enter the same month in both blanks or you may enter a range of months.

 

  • You may narrow the list down further by selecting on the program category options listed below:

·        Aquatics

·        Youth Sports

(2) Browse program list

 

Once you have selected all of your criteria (date and category) using the “Program Category” selections, you will see a list of programs with the following info:

 

  • a brief description of the program
  • the fee for a Facility Member
  • the date(s) that the program begins and ends
  • the time(s) the program begins and ends
  • the day(s) the class is held
  • how many slots still remain open
  • if there are no slots available the number of people on the waiting  list
  • last but not least the orange block with “register” is the button you click to register for that class

(3) Sign in to register

 

Once you click on the orange register button, your login screen will appear. To login for the first time, you should have your membership card or your YMCA ID# in front of you.

 

  • You have two options for logging in…

 

·         The first option:

o   Look at Your Missouri Valley Family YMCA membership Card, you should see a 6 digit number above the bar code.  Enter your YMCA id number in the blank provided. 

 

o   After you enter your id number, you need to enter your password.  The first time you login you should use your first and last initials plus your birth date.   Note: the month, day and year should each be represented by two digits.  (Example: John Doe, birth date 01/01/1950, the password will be JD010150) If you are logging in for someone under the age of 18, the parent/guardian should use the YMCA ID #, initials and birth date of the minor.

 

o   Once you have entered your ‘first time login password’ click on Login or press Enter.

 

·         The second option:

o   if you do not have your membership card in front of you, or if you do not yet have a membership card, you can also type in your last name, first name and the same password as described above…your name & password will have to match exactly what our database holds, so if your name is Stephen and we have you in our database as Steve, you will have to use Steve not Stephen to log into the system.  Your membership ID card has your name printed exactly the same as we have in our database.

 

  • After logging into the system

 

o   The next screen that comes up will have each member that is linked on your membership listed. 

o   Click on the name you are registering/processing information for to continue.

 

o   To change/add an EMAIL address or change your password… (after logging into the system)

 

o   Click “my information”. You should enter in your email address that you want all registration confirmations/receipts to go to AND enter in a new password…note your new password will be in a secured server…do not use strange characters or spaces in the password, and it IS case sensitive so remember whether something is capitalized or not. Click on “Update Info”.  You may update your email or password at anytime and as often as you need to.

(4) Submit payment information

 

Once you have selected the program you want to register for you must enter your credit card information.

 

  • Enter your credit card information, exactly as it appears on your credit card. Click on “Continue”.

 

  • You will now see the cost of the program and your credit card info…if you choose:

o   “Add to Cart” it will total the programs and allow you to “Continue” adding on more programs

o   “Logoff” to stop registration completely.

(5) Submit registration

 

Once you are sure that you want to register for all the programs selected:

 

·         Click on Proceed to Checkout!  to begin the checkout procedure. You will receive a confirmation on your screen for printing and you and it will be emailed to you for future reference.  Your credit card will be charged the Total that appears on the confirmation receipt.

(6) Additional notes

 

·         Once you have submitted your registration, the information is immediately updated in our database at the Member Services Desk. In the event that you need to have any changes made after you have confirmed your registration you will need to contact us at directly at (701) 255-1525 to make the changes for you.
